FAMILY ROYAL CROCODILES, "INHABITED" IN THE DUBAI AQUARIUM, EXPECTING UPDATES: About three months ago, the female laid 59 eggs, of which offspring are now ready to hatch. The age of the male royal crocodile, one of the largest reptiles in the world, is about 40 years old, they live with the female for more than 20 years.
They arrived at the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo from Australia in June 2014. At birth, the crocodile weighs about 70 grams, its length is about 30 cm, but an adult reaches 5 meters in length and 750 kg.
