The Dubai Fitness Challenge marathon has already ended, but there are still enough invigorating sporting events in the city. The latest urban sporting event is the CBD Palm Run, a variable-distance race.
Everyone will be able to choose for themselves one of four distances. Children can take part in the 1 km race for fun exercise, and beginners can run 3 km. If you are looking for something more serious, there is a distance of 5 km for you, which you can prepare for using one of the Race ME programs. For runners of the highest category, there is a 10 km race, which includes training programs for proper training.
The race starts early in the morning at 6 o’clock so you can enjoy the fresh morning air and the stunning sights of The Palm Jumeirah. We recommend that you take a monorail from the main island, where there is parking, as on the race day cars will be prohibited.
