Next to the famous arena in Dubai, the new Rove Hotel will open.
The Rove hotel chain has announced plans to open a new hotel in Dubai's City Walk area. The facility with 564 rooms will be located next to the Dubai Arena. The opening date of the hotel has not yet been announced.
Rove is gradually expanding its presence in Dubai, representing hotels in the mid-price market segment. Currently, there are five sites in Dubai - Rove Downtown, Rove Healthcare City, Rove City Center, Rove Trade Center and Rove Dubai Marina.
In the UAE, it is also planned to open the hotels Rove La Mer, Rove Mina Seyahi, Rove Al Marjan Island, Rove Aljada Sharjah and another facility next to the Dubai theme park complex. The opening of the Rove King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia is planned.
Recall that the new Dubai City Walk district, which houses the Dubai Arena, is owned by Meraas, which is also a co-owner of Rove. The remaining 50% of the brand is owned by Emaar.
Last month, Meraas announced the opening of the Dubai Arena for 2019. It will become the largest indoor and air-conditioned arena in the region and can accommodate 17 thousand people. It is planned that the Dubai Arena will be used for all kinds of concerts, public events, celebrations, exhibitions, conferences, holiday dinners and sports events in tennis, basketball, boxing, volleyball, ice hockey, etc.
