One of the Dubai parks has become a "technological oasis"

The authorities have equipped Dubai park with smart benches, containers and other technological innovations.

The municipality of Dubai shared the results of the work, thanks to which Al Mamzar Beach Park was significantly transformed. In addition to technological innovations, the park has also updated beaches and added additional barbecue areas.

Al Mamzar’s updated guesthouse utilizes artificial intelligence technology and other innovations that completely transform the way people visit the park.

Already at the entrance, guests pass through smart gates using Nol cards - this way authorities allow visitors to avoid queues for tickets. The park now has a mobile application that facilitates navigation in the recreation center.

Dawood Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Hajiri, Director General of the Dubai Municipality, personally presented the features of the application. Using the application you can book a picnic area and sports grounds. Park visitors can use the app to take a virtual tour of the park facilities.

The park also has a new training center, immersing guests in virtual reality, where they can learn more about planting vegetables and fruit trees.

The amphitheater area is equipped with a Smart Paint system, which reduces air pollution by absorbing carbon dioxide.

The beaches of Sadaf, Nouras, Flamingo, Danah and Murjan Beach are now equipped with additional showers, umbrellas and dining rooms.

Al Mamzar can now offer even more amenities to people with special needs thanks to its extended parking area and special walkways that make it easier to access the beach.

Over 10 benches powered by solar panels will provide visitors with access to free Wi-Fi and the ability to wirelessly charge mobile devices. It will be enough for guests to put their smartphone on a bench, it is not even necessary to have a USB cable with you.

A smart watch with GPS will help families track the whereabouts of their children. They can be synchronized with their smartphones and control the movement of children in the usual way.

Two Smart Oasis centers on the beach provide shading and a solar-powered drinking water generation system. Smart Oasis can produce 90 liters of drinking water daily. It also has a charging area for smartphones and a cooling system.

To care for plants and trees, a smart monitoring system using drones is used. UAVs also help the rescue service - they are able to deliver lifebuoys to people in the water in case of danger.

Big Belly smart containers send alerts to the administration when it's time to take out the trash.

Al-Hajiri said the municipality will equip all major Dubai parks with smart systems in stages. At the same time, the cost of admission to them should not increase.
