Two new Zabeel House hotels from the Jumeirah hotel group will open in the United Arab Emirates.
Jumeirah Hotel Group has announced that the first hotels to open under its new UAE brand Zabeel House will be in the Meraas - Al Seef project.
The announcement follows the January announcement of the signing of an agreement to launch Zabeel House in The Greens.
Hotels in Al Seef will start hosting guests in the spring of 2018. The hotel at The Greens is expected to be open by the end of the year.
Two facilities in the historic Al Fahidi district of Al Seef will contain a total of 350 rooms. Al Seef, located along the south coast of Creek, is an area reflecting the culture and heritage of Dubai.
According to Jumeirah, the first phase of the project is 232 square meters. m was launched at the end of 2017, and the entire project will be completed in 2018.
Jumeirah is a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, an investment conglomerate owned by the ruling family.
Jumeirah has a number of other hotel management agreements signed by its Zabeel House brand, including properties in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
